These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 111brt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://111brt.bet and all associated services, products, betting markets, casino games, and features made available through the platform.

By accessing the 111brt website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or betting markets published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any modification to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

111brt reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the website or by email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

To register and maintain an account with 111brt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which your account remains active:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the provision of online gambling services is specifically restricted or where 111brt has determined it cannot legally operate.
4. You are not acting on behalf of any other person or operating as an agent for any third party.
5. You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 111brt for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of bonuses.
6. You are not a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 111brt or any of its affiliated companies or business partners.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 111brt at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is a serious violation of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes. 111brt reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 111brt account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes ("OTP") transmitted to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 111brt of a compromise to your account security. You accept full liability for all transactions that occur under your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] so that we may suspend your account pending a security review. 111brt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials.

111brt employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications. However, you acknowledge that no digital system is entirely free from risk and that you take reasonable precautions when accessing your account, including avoiding unsecured public Wi-Fi networks, maintaining updated device security software, and logging out after each session.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits made to your 111brt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 111brt does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the one used for the corresponding deposit, unless prior written approval has been obtained from 111brt's finance team. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending the completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks. Standard processing time is within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for mobile money methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. 111brt reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal limits pending the outcome of account verification or responsible gaming reviews.

4.4 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on 111brt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 111brt does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any payment submitted in a foreign currency will be declined or converted at 111brt's sole discretion.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 111brt maintains a strict anti-money laundering ("AML") policy. Deposits must not be sourced from any illegal activity. 111brt reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities if there is reasonable cause to believe that a player's account is being used to facilitate money laundering or financial crime.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 111brt reserves the right to apply an administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant account balances after the 12-month threshold has been reached, and to close accounts with a zero balance thereafter.

111brt operates a fair and transparent betting environment. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets solely to exploit pricing discrepancies between 111brt and other platforms in a manner that guarantees a profit regardless of outcome.
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets in connection with any event, match, or tournament where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, deliberate manipulation of the outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 111brt.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, especially live table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, or Teen Patti.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment reversal through your mobile money provider or bank after successfully receiving gambling services or winnings from 111brt.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using mule accounts to claim the same welcome bonus or promotional offer more than once.

111brt employs advanced risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, transaction activity, and login behaviour in real time. Players whose activity is flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced identity verification requirements or temporary account restrictions pending review.

All content on the 111brt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 111brt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from 111brt.

Game content provided through third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is subject to the respective intellectual property rights of those studios. 111brt operates these games under valid commercial licence agreements with each provider.

7.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 111brt's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

7.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 111brt relating to your account, a specific bet, a payment, or any other service matter, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] and provide full written details of your complaint. 111brt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days.

7.3 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within the period set out above, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith mediation prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings. 111brt's decisions on matters of bet settlement, account activity, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding except where there is clear evidence of a manifest error on 111brt's part.

7.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
